You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Please note that returns are not allowed once the product has been delivered.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To report a problem, contact us at support@clickease.store with your order number and photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for items that are not defective.

A full refund will only be processed if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. Once the issue is verified, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
